By accessing and using HIHITEAM services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
HIHITEAM provides elite development services including:
All projects will be clearly defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) document that will outline specific deliverables, timelines, and requirements.
Project timelines are estimates based on the scope provided. Actual delivery may vary based on client feedback response times and scope changes.
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement. Typically:
Late payments may result in project suspension and additional fees. Projects will not be delivered until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project.
HIHITEAM retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed independently.
Some projects may include third-party libraries or components subject to their respective licenses.
HIHITEAM agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose sensitive information without explicit written consent.
HIHITEAM warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner. We provide bug fixes for 30 days post-delivery at no additional cost.
HIHITEAM's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
HIHITEAM is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or internet service disruptions.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of completed work up to the termination date.
Post-launch support and maintenance services are available separately and will be outlined in dedicated support agreements.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where HIHITEAM operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
HIHITEAM reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
